Circle rules

Three rules make it safe to bring a real problem

Every member agrees to them on joining, and every guest agrees to them for the session they sit in on.

  1. What's said in the circle remains in the circle.

Nothing a member shares is repeated outside it.

  2. Share experience, not advice.

Members say what happened to them when they faced something similar, rather than telling each other what to do.

  3. No selling to each other.

Nobody pitches in the circle. Members do end up doing business together, but that's a side effect, not the goal. Unlike many business networks, the Lab doesn't measure itself by the deals its members do.

See them at work

You can sit in on one session as a guest before you apply. Guests agree to the circle rules for that session.
